FlexWorx Network LLCThis is a public informational site describing the FlexWorx model and inviting coworking office operators to contact us. It is not the FlexWorx product or application, a membership signup, office enrollment, or an investor offering page.
Emailing, calling, or preparing an application email does not enroll an office or create an agreement.
Statements about planned features, launch timing, coverage, participating offices, pricing, promotional periods, or price protection reflect current intentions only. They may change or be cancelled without notice and are not promises, guarantees, warranties, or commitments.

This website does not create user accounts, accept payments, operate a newsletter, or use advertising pixels. The office inquiry form and the feedback form prepare an email in your own email application. FlexWorx receives the details only if you choose to send that email.
Our hosting and content delivery providers may process ordinary operational data such as IP address, requested page, request time, referring page, browser and device information, approximate region, and error or status data. If you email or call us, we process the contact and business information you voluntarily provide.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, payment card data, government identifiers, or account credentials through this website.
Information may be disclosed to hosting, content delivery, DNS, email, and security providers; professional advisers; courts, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required; and transaction counterparties in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These terms are governed by Texas law. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Before filing a claim, email legal@flexworxnetwork.com with a description and requested relief, and allow 30 days for a good faith response. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought within one year after they accrue.
We may update these terms and this notice. The revised version takes effect when posted with a new last updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
