Who can join FlexWorx?
Independent, operator run coworking spaces can apply. Single location offices and small multi location groups are both welcome.
Who pays for the network?
The home office pays $12 per enrolled member each month. Members are never billed by FlexWorx.
Does FlexWorx replace our brand or systems?
No. You keep your brand, pricing, billing, community and access controls. FlexWorx sits alongside your existing operation.
How are visiting members admitted?
Members present a time limited phone credential. The host office controls available hours, capacity, approved areas and admission.
Are meeting rooms included?
Standard workspace access is governed by the host office. Meeting rooms and premium services may be purchased directly from the host.
Can we limit access?
Yes. Each host controls availability, house rules, blackout dates and capacity. Your office always has the final say.
Can members visit another office in the same metro?
Reciprocal access is designed for travel between markets. That being said, same metro use is limited to seven visits per year, and additional same metro tokens cannot be purchased.
When does billing begin?
Founding offices pay no subscription charges through April 30, 2027. Billing begins May 1, 2027, subject to the participation agreement.
